Delivery Options

We offer several ways to get your order:

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after that time, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Free Shipping Threshold

All orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping automatically — no coupon needed. The discount is applied at checkout. This applies to orders shipped within the contiguous United States.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also use our Track Order page to check the status of any shipment.

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be in the same condition you received it
• Be unused and unworn (for apparel)
• Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
• Not be a final sale item (marked at purchase)

Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are final sale and cannot be returned: perishable food items, opened personal care and hygiene products, digital downloads, and gift cards.

How to Start a Return

1. 1Email support@simpleretail.shop with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. 2Our team will respond within 1 business day with a prepaid return shipping label.
3. 3Pack the item securely and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
4. 4Once received, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. After we process your return (3–5 business days from receipt), allow an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
